Hi-Q has the commitment to provide the employees and the person at the company’s premises a healthy and accident free environment. The management of Hi-Q create safe working environment.
 
Hi-Q ensures that the safety rules and system implemented by the company comply with all provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Regulations and approved codes or practices.
 
Hi-Q’s safety policy which is known by all of the employees are as follows:
 
  • Creat safe working evironment
  • Ensure that all employees working in an environment not exposed to hazard.
  • Ensure the safety and health of the person at the Company’s premises.
  • Ensure that all employees are awareness of dangerous situation, emergency preparation and escape route in an emergency situation.
  • Ensure that the safety rules and system implemented by the Company comply with all provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Regulations and approved codes or practices.
 
 

Safety Regulations

Employee provided with safety equipment must wear them at all times while performing his duties.
 
Any accidents and injuries must be reported immediately to the respective supervisor so that proper first aid and medical treatment are administered accordingly.
 
Employees are requested to report to his supervisor of any hazard likely to cause injury that he notices during the course of his duties.
 
Employees must comply with all safety instructions, procedures and regulations.
 
 

Environmental Concern

Environmental issues is part of the Hi-Q major concern.
 
The normal waste of plastic from Hi-Q’s production process will be sold to scrap collector who recycling the plastic materials to produce low end products.
 
For company’s employees, Hi-Q’s environmental policies are developed to serve the focus on environmental awareness.
 
Reduce paper usage through the use of electronic file sharing and storage
 
The environmental policies are:
 
  • Comply with applicable local environmental legislations and regulations. “Kementerian Alam Sekitar” has approved the production process of Hi-Q.
  • Establish good environmental practice for the reduction of environmental impacts, consumption of resources and the release of pollutants to the environment.
  • Prevent pollution by controlling usage and disposal of solvents, lubricants an chemicals.
  • Create environmental awareness among the employees and provide training in the relevant environmental aspects of their activities.
  • Communicate this policy to all employees and make it available to suppliers and interested parties.
